Do responses get stored anywhere?

No. Responses are emailed directly to the address you configure (or your account email by default). There's no in-app dashboard or database storage in this version — keeps the implementation simple and compliant.

Can the AI decide when to launch the survey on its own?

Yes. The "mid-chat AI intent" trigger lets you describe in plain English when the survey should fire (e.g. "when the visitor expresses frustration"). BotChap classifies each visitor message against your description and triggers when it matches.

Can a visitor see the same survey twice?

No. Once a survey is submitted, BotChap remembers it for the rest of the visitor's session — every trigger (manual, post-chat, intent, standalone) becomes inert.

Do I need to integrate Zapier or a CRM?

No. Responses come as plain emails — you can forward, filter, or auto-tag them with your existing email rules. Direct CRM integrations may come later but aren't needed for v1.
